What a great moving experience. I recently rented a Budget Truck for moving. The person behind the counter was extremely courteous, and saw that I was trying to keep the price down. He worked with me to get everything I needed, and what they didn't have, they made up for in service. They were out of packing tape for sale, so they gave me the remainder of a roll, plus they ensured that I had all the insurance coverage I needed. I have rented from Uhaul before, and this was a much better experience!
