CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDED.
WELL WE BOUGHT A TV WE WERE GOING TO BUY IT AT FRY'S BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE LACKING SO WE WENT TO BEST BUY. FRY'S PUT TO MUCH FOCUS ON COMMISSION THAT THEY LOST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PART. WELL THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS.

Customer Service is non existent and beware of refurbished items put on the shelf with new items
