RE: Bad Service

This is in response to Bad Service. Majority of tha Airlines do not allow date Change prior to your outbound depature.

Bad servcie - Sunnyvale Travel

The initial service is OK for getting tickets. When it comes to changing dates on tickets after it is ticketed Sunnyvale travel is not helpful. Any agent is good till we pay momey for ticket. They all can give the deal. When it comes to service afterwards they are very poor which is what counts
