Bad management confirmed. Mary Manor Estates is a lovely Park with an incredible sence of community. The owner seems to geniunely care about the park and it's residents. The park manager on the other hand is a complete and utter ass. He looks for problems, and if he can't find one... he'll create one. He thrives off intimitating residents, yet when called upon to do his actual duties he disappears.

A great place to live if not for the manager. His wife is a nice gal, and the assistant manager is totally cool and easy to work with.

The manager is the bad apple that spoils the good.

Under very bad management. This place has very bad management. There is a couple who manages this property. The lady is not that bad, but the husband, Mark, cites poeple for everything, and he thinks he's above everybody. I had parked my car in guest parking for 2 consecutive days and cites me, threatining to tow my car away, when i know i have 20 consecutive days to be in guest parking. THIS PLACE IS VERY BAD from the get go.
