I GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS REFERRED TO DA-LES BY MY DEALERSHIP. I WAS VERY UNFAMILAR WITH THE PROCESS OF REPAIRS. HOWEVER THE STAFF AT DA-LES IS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY ESTIMATOR TOOK THE TIME TO SIT ME DOWN AND EXPLAIN THE REPAIR PROCESS STEP BY STEP. NOT TO MENTION MY CAR LOOKED AMAZING WHEN I PICKED IT UP.
