Wide variety of Toys and NO SERVICE. I like their wide variety of toys. Customer service is non existent. I go to this store because it is very close to where I live and because they have some good discount sales.

Used to be good. This toy store used to be my favorite haunt for toys a yr or so ago. NOw it is so disorganized and chaotic that I dotn feel like going these for games and toys anymore.

I go because it's close.. No customer service and noone seems to know what's going on. I go because it is close to my house. I can't seem to every find anyone to help me or if I find someone they are always "busy"

Only Good Place For Toys. I have been to toyrus many times lately because I just had a baby. It has lots and lots variety of toy. Every time i go there I get totally confused even though i know what i want to buy. Best customer service.

good. good selection of toys or all kinds. they have many sales, so it's easy to get a great deal,. it's a fun place to browse even for adults. good selection of barbies

Best of the worst. Toys R Us has practically every type of toy imaginable. Whether it's board games, cars, or dolls that your little one wants, this is the place to go! It is a little messy and disorganized, but it is still the best toy store around.
