This was great. I had shopped around and Sunnyvale Ford offered a deal and followed on that which was not the experience in another dealer.

Overall was pretty good experience. There was some confusion on when my car would be in since it was coming new from factory so I could not say if this was an issue on their end or Ford's factory end. a little more communication would been nice but over all satisfied.

I really enjoyed the online quote so there was less pressure. The dealership went out of their way to get the specific color car I wanted. Very good salespeople. Good energy at the dealership.
