VERY HAPPY with them!!!. We have rented a townhome from Hill and CO and I cannot say enough great things about them. Henry and his staff are so polite and friendly. When we moved in we saw all the great improvemnets thet had made from the new stove top to the additional lighting in the stairwell and the new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. we had one issue so far with some plumbing and broken window, I called henry 1st thing in the morning and by the time I got home BOTH items were resolved. VERY HAPPY with them!!! Maybe the reason other people had problems with them was because they themselves were the problem...

I will always recommend your company.. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Mike Rochefort. He has found excellent renters for me in the past eleven years. I see my neighbors periodically that live close to 1674 Alex. Court. My neighbors are always impressed with the people that are renting my house. Keep up the good work. I will always recommend your company.

My experience with Hill & Co;. was a great experience,. My experience with Hill & Co;. was a great experience, They made everything so easy in taking care of our rental. They provided statements that made it so easy for tax purposes. They were always there for any maintenance problem that the tenant had. I would definitly contact them again. Thank you again Hill & Co.
