Everyone at the office is friendly and responsive whenever anything needs to be taken care of at my place. The subcontractors are very considerate too.

worst rental management company. We had a house which was managed by Hill and Co Realtors for 2 years, it has been a nightmare for us and we were totally disappointed by the way they handled our rental property. Basically, Hill made a lot of repair charges on our rental house. At one time we were charged over $1,000 in 5 repairs in less than a month. The worst thing was we were never informed about any of those repairs until they were done, until we saw the monthly statement. Hill totally ignored our agreement that we need to authorize any repair that is over $300. We ended up with more than $8000 repair expense in two years under the management of Hill. Prior to Hill, when we managed the property ourself, the average repair cost was only $500~$600 per year. Owners should think it twice before let Hill to take care of your rental property. Hill basically only did two things to us, collect the management fee and create a lot of repair charges. We strongly feel that Hill must have benefited from those repairs in one way or the other. This company does not provide the kind service that most rental property owners are seeking for, so be careful when chose your rental management company.
