Excellent Cratsmanship. Luis, the owner is a very nice, local family man. He slaved for years at this same shop under the then owner. Though he was behind the scenes, he has always been THE MAN at Vargas Upholstrty until the original owner retired. Now he runs the shop and the quality of work is second to none. He has done three convertible tops for me and one complete interior. He does custom work or factory work. His shop is allways full of beautiful classic cars. Don't trust your classic car to anyone but Luis and Vargas Upholstry. They are THE BEST around.
