Top of The Line Autobody Shop!. My day started perfect until I was involved in a terrible accident in the morning traffic. My Mercedes was a mess! The CHP officer called Silicon Valley Tow to have my vehicle towed away. I was expecting a grease monkey to show up but to my surprise the tow driver was so customer service oriented! He was even concerned about my well being. He informed me that they were also a Body Shop & could provide me with a free estimate for the repair of my vehicle. At first I thought of having it towed home but I was convinced that it was a good decision to have it towed Silicon Valley Autobody & Tow after speaking with Todd the tow driver.

I called them the following day & Alex offered to give me a ride to their shop since I didn't have a rental yet. Everyone was so professional & friendly. Alex even called my insurance company to help me report my claim. My insurance company mentioned other body shops, but I insisted that I was going to have my vehicle repaired at the shop of my choice where it was already towed to.

I was kept well informed throughout the whole repair process. I was overwhelmed with joy when I took a look at my car after the repairs where completed. My car was a beauty! It looked brand new! The technicians did an excellent job! I give them an A+. I received the best red carpet service!

I have referred my friends and family to Silicon Valley Autobody/Tow. I hope that I will not have another need to go to a body shop. In the event that I do, I will definately go to Silicon Valley Autobody/Tow. They are truly the best!. Perfect service & workmanship! I even got to meet the owner & I told him what a wonderful business & staff he has!
