Editorial Review for Casanova Lounge – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
A vibrant orange-red hue casts a fiery glow over this haunt. In addition to stools lining the very long bar, several wood tables and couches provide seating options, while overhead lamps are shaped like bunches of grapes. Although velvet paintings of voluptuous nude women line the walls, these are not easily viewed in the evenings. Typical of the Mission, the clientele is part city hipster and part neighborhood imbiber.

i like this place, really good jukebox during the day and good djs that really vary during the nights, fun barstaff that are fast, and if its slow are crazy(in a good way),the drinks are strong and cheap, the weekends are not for me as most of the mission is taken over by yuppies and this place is no exception,i have had some really good times here during the week.i wish they served bottled beer, excellent decor.

Pros: bartenders are fast, cheap drinks, good music

Cons: weekends are lame, weekends are lame, yuppy weekends

Worst bartending service I've experienced in any bar in San Francisco. If the place had any other redeeming quality, it might explain it...but it doesn't.

Cons: service, drinks, atmosphere
