On the top level of Embarcadero Two, The Holding Company does a brisk after-work business, pouring gallons of booze for a stressed-out, white-collar crowd. Drinking is the main event, thanks in part to the nearly two dozen beers on tap. Gross dishes, overpriced beer that tasted like the lines were dirty. If you love hanging out at the mall then go for it, otherwise go anywhere else or buy a sixer and stay home.

I loved the food. My boyfriend and I shared the breaded fried artichoke hearts appetizer which was fantastic, I almost ordered another one. The burger was really good and juicy. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was friendly enough, but it was fairly busy. It took a while before our server cmae to us, but the host came over and got our order started for her so we didn't wait long. There were a lot of people just having drinks and they got kinda loud so it made conversation a little hard, but I was busy eating anyway. I would go again.
