Expert Facial!. Overall my facial was a very relaxing experience. Compared to other facials I've had this was by far the best. I was treated with professional service and will now be a lifetime client. I recommend both Beauty Clinica and Nina to all my friends looking for top notch service that deserves to be commended. Make sure to ask for the aroma expert facial from NIna, it was luxurious and the results were great.

Best prices for full service spa in area. Small spa...quaint decoration. Very good quality service...nice and accommodating receptionists. Excellent facials and waxes for very decent prices. Ask for Nina.

A Place For Glorious Skin!!!!!. I had my first facial with Alex a few weeks ago & my skin looked & felt fabulous afterward. I wanted to wait a while before making a recommendation to see if the "glow" lasted. Well, it did!! My skin has never felt better. I'm returning for another, more "in depth" facial soon. The best part of the service I received were the extractions. Whatever method Alex used thouroughly cleared my clogged pores with lasting results. I can honestly say that my pores, especially around the nose area, have shrunk. Alex is a lovely, friendly young woman who acted in a very ethical manner. She was completely professional but did NOT try to sell me products or gadgets that I did not want or need. I went to that "ritzy" overpriced salon in "the" shopping center once, and ONLY once, & had a very bad experience. Thre, the woman told me that she didn't want to use a mask on my face (even though I paid for it!) becasue it would clog my pores!! So, she said, she would apply only an "herbal" mask. It was nothiong more than a damp wash rag left on my face for a few minutes. I suppose she was mad at me because I didn't buy the $200 machine she tried to sell me. The contraption was supposed to help my skin with electric brushes!! My skin was a disaster afterward!! If you want a beautiful experience for your skin, please patronize Beauty Clinica.

What a Great Experience. I found this place just walking down California Avenue. It looked very warm and welcoming from outside. I saw their massage special and thought hey why not. To my luck they had an opening right away. I waited in the waiting area for my appointment, made myself some green tea and had cucumber/lemon water. What a great beginning. Then I got a great massage by a therapist named Alex. She was very sweet, but tough on my muscles. I felt great after my treatment. I would highly recommend this place.

Very Dissapointed. I was really looking forward to going to this spa, I originally requested Olga but she was on medical leave. It was my birthday gift to myself and was in need of a good massage since I had been preparing for my wedding. All I have to say is dont get a massage at this place! My therapist was Alex, from the beginning I wondered what was going on. Being a massage therapist myself I know that you need sturdy shoes to have good posture and help you give deep pressure, she had on 3 inch wedge sandals, when I got on the table she didnt even ask me any thing. Usually it is good to see if the client has anything that needs specific attention. She started what I can now say was the worse massage I have ever received, this is including my days of being a student. There was no pressure and when I looked up to see what she was doing, she was actually looking off to who knows where. She was not concentrating and actually seemed like she did not want to be there. On my first time client questionaire I made sure to let them know I did not enjoy the massage, the manager called which was good. But the only thing she could offer me was to pay the same price I had already thrown away at this spa. I will say the facial I received by Elena left my face radiant and soft, but I would hope no one wastes their hard earned money on a massage here!

Great Experience. My girl friends and I went for a bridal shower at this place. We had mani/pedis and got our hair done. Beauty Clinica really made that day special for us. The bride looked absolutely gorgeous, and we were ready on time. I absolutely recommend this spa for your bridal needs.

BEAUTY CLINICA is a spa that offers a variety of services in a calming atmosphere.. Beauty Clinica is a spa that offers a variety of services all under "one roof." Services include facials, massages that can be adapted to the needs of the client, waxing, hair styling, manicure and pedicure. I have used most of these services over the past four years. I keep going back to Beauty Clinica because the staff is friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is relaxing and non-"pretentious." I feel comfortable and relaxed there. I strongly recommend that you try this spa. You will not regret it!!!

GREAT SERVICE!!!. IF YOU WANT THE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY GO TO BEAUTY CLINICA..WAXING AND MASSAGES ARE OUTSANDING AND THE PRICE IS EVEN BETTER...FOR NAILS GO SEE MEENA SHE DOES A GREAT JOB AND SHE IS A SWEETHEART!! EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY!!

Bad service. I initially had a problem making an appt. with them. The appointment time had to be coordinated with the staff which required several phone calls between the spa, their nail staff, and myself. Very inconvenient. After such a negative experience trying to get an appointment, I posted my grevience on Yelp about it and the director of Beauty Clinica personally contacted me and apologized and promised an upgrade in the service to compensate for the hassle. However, they were unable to follow through on their attempts to make amends. When my daughter and I got there for our appt. that I made over a week prior, instead of taking us both at the same time (since the appts. were both at 10:00) they took my daughter and left me waiting in the the waiting room for 20 min (with no explantion). This was supposed to be a mother, daughter activity. In addition, although the director promised an upgrade for both of us on the pedicure I only received the upgrade. My daughter did not receive the same upgrade. In addition, my daughter's massage chair didn't even work. At the end of my daughter's pedicure, we couldn't even tell if the pedicure was over. The gentleman just walked away. Finally, the pedicures were just average. I would not go back. For that type of service you can go to a store front shop for a pedicure and pay $20 less.

Great massage for back pain.. Great prices. The massage was very helpful for my aching back. It could have been a bit more streamlined, meaning she did not keep her hands on my body the entire time, and continually stopped to get more oil. However, my back felt great when I left.
