decent hair, the worst service. i've been there on a couple occasions for cut and color. you'd think to a repeat customer, they'd offer some courtesy, but they have the worst customer service of any hair salon I've ever been to.

1. I got there 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in. TWENTY FIVE minutes later, she told me that my stylist was overbooked and said I had to reschedule. No apologies, not even an apologetic look. I liked my stylist, so i rescheduled.

2. For my second appointment, I got there 5 minutes early again. Only to find out that my stylist did not even work on Thursdays. What, they couldn't have called me first and let me know over the phone?!? Again, no apologies from them!

Total time wasted (travel and waiting there): 2.5 hours. COMPLETELY not worth it. Salon is nothing spectacular, not cheap, and absolutely disrespectful and rude.

Great service, but big hair. I was very taken with the excellent degree of service this salon offers. Everyone is so friendly here, and the consultation went wonderfully. If I remember correctly, I had my hair done by Michael for $50 or $55. He cut my normally long (halfway down my back) to a cute shag. However, he used a bit more texturizing, volumizing, and hairspray salon products in my hair than I would have liked. When I left, I felt like my hair was a bit too va-va-voom. But, after a wash, it turned out pretty well.
