Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.. I'd never ever recommend this place to anyone. The owner is horrible, she has rules on how to shop in her store. She makes you feel unwelcome. And that's the worst part. She doesn't know how to interact with people and immediately makes you feel unlwecome to the point where you walk out her door in disbelief. I've never ever encountered such an awful store.

The Owner Of Shaska. I used to work for the owner, and it's true she is rather scary. She means no harm, it's just that growing up in the jungle you have to learn to defend yourself against predators or potential snipers. The way to this woman's heart is to spend a fortune in her boutique, however if you can get past her initial Joan Crawford-esq personality you'll see that deep down she has a heart of.... bronze. My advice, throw some prime steak at the floor and head for the salerack.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!. The clothes looked cute from outside, but the door was locked. The sign said to knock if you'd like to come in and shop, so I did. The woman who answered the door asked if I was on the phone ( I was,) and told me to come back when I wasn't anymore!!

I'll never go back there again. Her loss----I was really in a spending kind of mood.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. though she has some really cute items, the owner truly is a mean person-completely rude and unpleasant! I have never had such a bad experience shopping as I have at this store...and I shop a lot! Never Again!!

Ditto. I agree completely with the previous reviewer. Frankly I don't know how this store stays in business. The door is always closed, with a sign posted saying to call a number if you want to enter. There are very large signs posted stating in a very combative matter that no items are to be touched. The woman is very rude and seems to despise all of humanity. I would rather go naked than purchase clothing here;)

WORSE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!. Do not shop in this place unless you're a masochist. This store has some really cute but pricey stuff. But the owner is about the nastiest person you can ever come across. She has literally told people going into her store to not touch the merchandise. Now why would you go into store to buy clothes if you can't touch it? A friend of mine, who also owns a store in Palo Alto, told me that her "don't touch" warning made her want to cry. Why be a shop owner if you hate people? Her stuff may be cute. But I am not desparate enough to brave that store.
