Buyer Beware!!!.
I purchased Hunter Douglas shades from Interiors and Textiles. The shades were great and the installation went smooth. However, they quoted me a price and then charged my account $300 more than the quote. They did not even talk to me about the transaction or get authorization prior to processing the charge. When confronted they became VERY defensive, offered no explantations whatsoever and said they would give me $300 towards my next purchase of Hunter Douglas shades.
Obviously there will never BE another transaction! I would never let them have a credit card number for a transaction again! Best to give your wallet to gypsies!
