Personal shoppers are available to track down the perfect Chanel nail polish to complement the Kate Spade bag that matches the DKNY skirt.

Poor customer service. This location is the worst Neiman Marcus I've ever been to. I've been ignored on numerous occasions whether I'm waiting for a dressing room, a shoe sales person, etc. The last insult was when the sales clerk asked me whether I would accept a used bag to carry home my goods. She was too lazy to walk over to another register to get more bags! I will never shop there again. You get much better service at the S.F. location, or Saks.
