Fred's Steak Is amazing!!!. Just bake and eat! I was disbelieving you could bake a steak without covering it and still have it be the juiciest, melt-in-your-mouth meat? Im a believer. I do have to say, it looks weird. The best steak I've had in years!

Fred Steak. They have a great selection of meats and seafood. We love the Fred Steak and will make a special trip down the peninsula to get it. I had one bad experience with some shelled, deveined shrimp. I bought it on Friday evening and it smelled horrid by Saturday afternoon so we had to throw it out. I guess I should have cooked it the minute I got home but thought it should have been good if I kept it in the fridge until the next day.
