DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!. This is the WORST restaurant I have EVER been to in my life!

My husband and I went there since there wassn't any other place to eat at the mall.

There were literally 2 couples in the whole place and all the other tables were open, so we asked to be seated at a booth, but the waiter sat us at a tiny table.

When I pointed at a booth that was open and tried to move there, he practically yelled and tapped hard on the table, and actually said "you can sit here!".

As soon as he said that to us in his tone, my husband and I both knew something was wrong.

With 2 other couples in the whole restaurant, we expected the waiter to attend us in a timely manner, but NO, it took FOREVER for the waiter to come and take our order.

We ordered our food, and finally the waiter brought over water.

My husband went to take a sip, and there is a fly swimming in the water (no lies, a huge fly with one of its leg torn off and swimming in the water).

Disgusted, we call the RUDE waiter, and he clearly hears us but ignores us.

We say "excuse me" louder, and he FINALLY comes over.

We show him the water, and told him there is a fly in the water.

He comes over and takes the cup WITH OUT SAYING ONE WORD, NO "I'm sorry", NOTHING!!

He comes back with a new water, giving him the benifit of the doubt, waiting to see if he will apologize then.

NOTHING.

He doesn't say a word, slams the water on the table, and starts to walk away.

I immidiately call for the manager, who is doing nothing (since there is only 2 couple in the whole restaurant) but doesn't come over.

My husband and I were TOTALLY turned off at their lack of professionalism and rudeness and could not stand being in the restaurant by then, we decided to walk out.

THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!

DO NOT GO THERE!!

Explains why there were only 2 couples at 6:30pm!

Inauthentic Food with Inauthentic Service. The wait staff was clearly not Mediterranean and the food was only slightly closer to the claimed source. Come here for mediocre food at Shopping Mall prices with a crowd that screams "It's pretty expensive, so it must be good." Some of the worst Italian in the Palo Alto area.
