Beware of walking in and getting assigned a random stylist. I had to get my hair colored in a hurry yesterday so I walked in and got Keana. She did an absolutely terrible job on my hair. Not only the color is very uneven and awful, my scalp also is irritated because of how she did it.

Other stylists at this place had done a fine job with my hair and with the same color that I have been using.

When I called they told me that this was a less expensive stylist and so I shouldn't be too upset. I wished they had warned me in advance that I was taking chances by agreeing to let her color my hair.

I am so sorry and upset. I wished I had never walked in there.

"Enjoy your FREE haircut!" ?!. After being a loyal customer at Hair International for 3 years, I will never return to this place after the personal insultment I received yesterday.

Can you imagine that a hair stylist would say to a customer: "you want to trick me?", he would throw his tools to the working station and even yell in public "enjoy your FREE haircut!"? Unfortunately that happened to me.

My hair stylist was George. My only request was to have my hair bangs a little tilted. He promised he would do that but failed. When I tried to explain him what I wanted, he constantly interrupted me and didn't let me finish. The hair bang turned out to be very irregular and I asked him to fix it. He refused and threatened me "I would not do it. If you insist, I will let somebody hear it. Then if something is wrong, I have no responsibility!" He repeated this 3-4 times and even said "if you want your hair bang like that, you cut it yourself at home!" ...then, you know the rest (refer to the above paragraph).

When I called the manager today on the phone, she attributed this bad service to "misunderstanding" and kept apologizing. I didn't expect anything more but I don't think that a personal insult can be considered "misunderstanding".

Anyways, I am totally disappointed. Hair International is a very nice place but hair stylists like George should not work there. I will not return to this place.

So super happy with my visit!. I was a walk-in, needing a trim. I got Becky, and I am so pleased with her service. She is very nice and careful about details. I am from out of town, but I would definitely have kept her as my regular stylist.Needless to say, my hair looked and felt amazing after my appointment. So super happy with my visit!

Thanks Amy!. Amy rocks! I had previously gotten a poor color job and went to Amy to get it corrected. I was quite nervous at first, but Amy walked me thru what needed to be done and I was pleasantly satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Amy for fixing me up! I've finally found someone who knows how to cut and color my hair the way that I want.

She's very professional and does a really good job. I've been to Star K. since I moved to California. She's very professional and does a really good job with Asian male haircuts. I would recommend her to anyone.

very professional and meticulous. I have been going to Nazy Sanchez for years now. She is an incredible stylist! She does a fabulous job with my thick, wavy hair. She is very professional and meticulous in her work. Her kindness makes going to the salon a treat!

Fast and Professional. Tiffany at Hair International is a terrific stylist--gives a great cut, color and style. Fast and Professional. Also very nice to deal with. I like the salon, too.

Renee did an AMAZING job!!. I have been coming here for years and haven't been for a few months. My regular stylist I normally go to doesn't work at this salon anymore. I was scared to try someone new. I mean a bang trim anyone can do, but a hair cut is another thing. I referred to Renee, i told her my concerns about my hair getting cut too short, and i wanted to keep the bangs long. Renee did an AMAZING job!! She listened to all my concerns and the cut came out beautiful! I received so many compliments on my cut, I told them they need to go to Renee!
