Keep doing what you do better than anyone else! My mom had been having electrolysis for over 20 years, and when she moved here I recommended she go to Cindy. After having a few treatments over the last year Mom said she isn't having to go anymore. I just wanted to tell Cindy how happy Mom and I are, and we think you are wonderful!

Just keep on being the best electrologist I have ever been to. I've tried all people in the Palo Alto area, and nobody compares to you. You have the most knowledge, and absolutely have the best skills. I have a medical condition that causes me to grow hair on body and face. You are the only one who has been able to make progress. I even went to someone who has all these great reviews on yelp, and she doesn't compare to you. Thank you Cindy for all of your support and help!

Cindy you are the best! I will never go anywhere else. I've tried everyone (not too many anymore) in Palo Alto and Menlo Park, and you are my choice! My physician Dr. Ranchod referred me, and I'm really happy that you are such a wonderful person, and your wortk is steller!

I had been contemplating doing some type of hair removal for a few years, and finally got around to it. My aunt has been having electrolysis for a couple of months, and she suggested I consult with Cindy. I feel like she is making good progress, and it's really exciting to see improvement from week to week. I can't wait until I don't have to worry about people noticing my facial hair. It has been a real drag to constantly tweeze and worry about it,

My girlfriend suggested I have some electrolysis done on my arms. Apparently she prefers a smoother look. Too bad she's dating a gorilla.

In any case, it seems to be going well so far, and it's not painful for me

like I thought it was going to be. I thought I'd write a review so men out there can see what their girlfriends can talk them into.

Cindy's really fun to talk to so that helps. Personally I think real men should have hair.

I came to Cindy after buying a home laser unit, & it did nothing for me.

I've been going to Cindy for 3 months, & I'm seeing great results. I appreciate her knowledge & experience very much. She was the third electrologist I spoke to before starting permanent hair removal, & I feel I did make the right choice.

I am having my underarms & hair on upper lip & chin removed. One of the best things I have ever done for myself.

Grateful. I wanted to thank Cindy for her persistence and knowledge about my daughter and the problem she has. I am a single parent of a 17 year old daughter who has extensive facial hair. For several months Cindy has been asking me to have our doctor check my daughter for PCOS. Our doctor did not seem to think that was necessary. Finally at Cindy's (pretty much insisting) I got

the doctor to run blood tests and do an ultrasound. Conclusion, yes she has PCOS. Now we have a diagnosis for her problem, and a more precise treatment plan. I appreciate Cindy's knowledge, and the fact that our doctor finally did something he should have checked into earlier on.

Explanation. I recently moved from NYC, and Cindy is the fourth person I've been to for Electrolysis. I was referred to her by my electrologist in NY. I read her reviews, and they were all great except for one. When I called and asked her about the bad review she very considerately explained that she'd told this client (during the consultation) that because of the amount of facial hair, and the fact that she had tweezed and waxed for years, she would have to treat the hairs very carefully. She explained that this meant with the precise amount of current so she wouldn't damage the woman's skin. Apparently because of the extreme amount of hair growth and the fact the woman had been tweezing, Cindy told me she had to work cautiously so not to damage her skin. She told the client that she would feel some tugging because the hairs are so strong and course. She told her this would subside once the entire face had been cleared once. She told me that if the woman had not tweezed and waxed the hairs would not have been so strong, therefore she could have gone faster, and with a higher current. She told me that her main objective is to 1) inform the client throughly, 2) get rid of the hairs permanently, & 3) not scar or pit the skin. I wanted to write this review for Cindy because she kindly explained what had happened, and then when she worked on me I found her to be great,

& My skin had very little redness afterword, and no scabbing. I found I healed fast, and I really appreciate her honesty, and the fact she did not get defensive. She answered all of my questions politely, and I felt completely comfortable in her office.

Her office is private and lovely. She gets my 5 star rating. One more thing I forgot to mention is that she explained that she had informed the client that she would continue to see dark hairs growing in on a weekly basis until the cycles of growth had been treated. It seems to me that the client that put in that complaint did not listen, and then went on to bad mouth an electrologist that has come highly recommended, and with good reason. She told me the woman said nothing to her after the treatment, and that she paid her. That was chicken of the woman.

I for one appreciate you Cindy, and will be true to my new electrologist.

Very Happy. I was referred by a friend, and I am really happy that I finally decided to do something about facial hair.I have been plucking hair on my face for over 10 years, and the thought of not having to do that again is so great. Cindy explained that because I have been tweezing for so long, and have so much hair, that I will need weekly treatments for around 3 months. She also said that because the hairs are tough from tweezing that the first treatment I may feel a bit of discomfort, but I would soon numb out. I have been doing 1 hour treatments, and I'm on the seventh treatment. I'm already seeing great results, and she's correct about it not feeling uncomfortable after a few minutes. I love Cindy, but can't wait to get up and see no more facial hair. Here's to the future!
