Bought a 2013 Corolla from Andrew Lim. Andrew was fantastic. He knew the product inside and out, stayed late to finish the deal because he knew I need the car, picked me up from my house. Not once did he use any pushy sales tactics. He also gave me a great price (better than the GM dealership was able to do with employee pricing). I was so satisfied with my purchase that I offered to buy him lunch!

Toyota of Palo Alto Service Department. I unhesitatingly and enthusiastically recommend Assistant Service Manager RANDALL RICALDE at Toyota of Palo Alto. Mr. Ricalde is highly professional: he listens carefully to his customers' concerns, clearly explains service diagnosis and costs, provides practical scheduling options, and completes the servicing agreement on time, with no "surprises". For these reasons, and even though it involves a bit of a drive, I will continue to be a customer of Toyota of Palo Alto.

I have worked with George Youhana ever since moving to Palo Alto (2008). I purchased my 2004 Toyota on the East Coast and thus have a few issues under the car from the harsh winters (salt, ice, etc.) and rough roads.
The Toyota Service department have always done a thorough and timely job on my vehicle. Specifically, George has gone WAY above and beyond to create a relationship with me and my family. I'm in the service industry. This guy is GOOD!!!

When I bought the Toyota Siena in East Coast, I was very disappointed not from the car itself but from the dealer in East Coast. But this time I was happy from the Jimmy's smooth and clear offer. don't have work done here if you can go elsewhere. I wouldn't even give these guys a one ranking. (1). They try to invalidate your service agreements if you don't buy tires from them, say you are not accepting their recommendations for "necessary" service yet won't sell you very much needed windshield wipers and install them because they cost so little. That was my prior winter maintenance. (2) This trip, they didn't seem to top all fluids per service agreement, and also stole stuff out of my trunk again. (3) every time I go in for regular service maintenance they try to sell you something extra - OR - won't do the "little" cheap jobs like installing the windshield wipers or fix the window that fell out of it's track. (4) your car comes back to you filthy dirty for some reason, very dusty and dirty.
all i can say is this place is horrible!
i first got a sales associate to show me a toyota fj cruiser. he was nice and informative. We went inside and started talking about the model and he said he will be right back. Next think is that a manager named "andre" shows up. We talk price and we did not come to an agreement. I told him i had shopped around and was informed of the number of available black fj cruisers in california. He said maybe i go to where i got a quote and turned around and walked away. Then he yelled "that's the ways you do it!" telling others sales folks that he surely handled us.
I went up to him and asked him why was he being disrespectful.
He turned out to be a persian guy and started cursing at me and my wife in Farsi. He told us to get lost!!!!
We were in such sock. We could not believe this character. I told him that he needs to get lost himself and he told me in Farsi that he was going to beat me up!!!!!!
At that point my wife and I left the dealership. She was in tears and could not believe that we where dealt with in such manner.
Obviously they had a copy of my license and he had threatened me, so i went ahead and filed a complaint to the Palo Alto Police department.
We will never ever go there.
I really really hope they have internal cameras and they captured this. That roll will end him up in jail.
