Jacquie's Sew & Sew should be SLOW & SLOW. Very poor customer service. I had an appointment for 11:00am for a simple skirt hem. I arrived at 10:55am. I waited until 11:45am, almost an hour, and they still hadn't helped me. With a toddler in tow, I found this was excruciating and unbelievably rude, because I had an APPOINTMENT. LAME.

Quality service and very fair prices. Jacquie always finishes my work on time and will call with extra considerations, not just move ahead and then have the garment altered incorrectly. I appreciate the personal touch.
