Breakfast and Dinner were first rate. We've been there for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with both the quality and selection of the food as well as the service. On a busy Sunday morning, the restaurant was packed with people waiting yet the service was prompt and very attentive. Dinner is a nice mix of classical bistro dishes as well as dishes with a middle eastern flair. The house smoked salmon and smoked trout are wonderful! Prices are more than reasonable. This is a regular for us now.

Good lunch cafe. Good selection of "gourmet" sandwiches and lunch foods. There is usually a wait, but it's not too bad. Prices are reasonable too.

great place. cafe brioche is a great little french restaurant. the specials are usually quite good. the bread is, as one would expect, very good. the food is decidedly french (the cassoulet is excellent) but with some daring (try the duck confit salad). brioche is also very good for breakfast/lunch when joanie's next door is too full. it does cost a little more, but the croque monsieur at brioche beats joanie's croque monsieur hands down. reservations are probably a good idea for friday or saturday evening.

super. Very nice place, same for the food and the service but if you are going for dinner it is better to make a reservation

Great place for a leisurely lunch. I really enjoy this cafe. They have a nice selection of focaccia sandwhiches as well as a few pasta dishes and more hearty entrees. They also have at least 2 or 3 specials each day and a soup of the day. I've found all their soups very satisfying. My favorite dish is the chicken pesto sandwhich on focaccia. The only complaint I would have is that the service can leave a little something to be desired. They are always booming at lunch and they seem to be a bit understaffed for the number of tables they have. If you have a little extra time though, I recommend trying it...
