Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! That's exactly the kind of response you hope to get from a Nanny, and makes a parent feel like the kids are in good hands. Thanks!

I had a very tight time frame- I needed someone working in less than 2 weeks- including interviews and call backs. I had 5 interviews scheduled, saw 2 women and hired the 2nd candidate, who started the next week. Pretty phenomenal. Kudos to Town & Country
