Unprofessional. Mr. Huntzinger spent under an hour at our house examining our situation and provided a 1 page typed report for his $400 fee. Afterwards, I left repeated messages asking if he could create a rough sketch of what we needed done. After two weeks without a response, I let my realtor know what had happened with his referral. Of course my realtor called Mr. Huntzinger and he told my realtor that he would speak to me about the drawing I requested. Two weeks after that, I received in the mail a sketch and a bill for $200. Mr. Huntzinger did not contact me directly about the project, was only motivated by my realtor's call, and he also charged me for work that I did not personally discuss with him. I would never recommend him to anyone!
