never had such an easy and worry-free time getting financing. The agent was great - knew his stuff backwards and forwards and everyone was personable and helpful - from the receptionist to the processors, etc. This was the first time my loan agent came with me to sign docs and he made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. This office is definitely getting my business from here on out - as well as the business of my friends and family. If you need a loan - go to Coast. You'll see what I mean!

I work in the business and know what I want and what makes a good LO. I have financed purchases and done refis through this office 4 times now and every transaction went off without a hitch. Even on the purchase of my new home when we had very little time to remove contingencies and close the deal - everything fell into place thanks to my loan officer. They know their lenders and their programs and work as a team to make sure I got the best deal for my needs. Definitey recommend this office to anyone looking for financing whether you are familiar with mortgage loans or not!!!!
