My sister bailed her louse of a husband with Zig Zag. I told sis to leave him in jail for hitting her but she called zigizag just to ask some questions. They told her she should get him out fast before his bail goes up and that it would becuz of the injuries he did to her. She went right down to get him and was told the 5 percent fee she thought she was paying is now 10 percent but if she gave all cash now they could do for 8 percent insted. WTF...is this bait and switch or what. I am still all mad about this becuz when the louse got out of jail he nocked my sis's front tooth out for taking too long for him to get home. HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN FRIGGIN JAIL IN FIRST PLACE. FURTHER..I DONT THINK THERE SHOULD EVEN BE BAILSBONDSMEN.

This was the first Bail Bond office I had called when my brother was arrested falsly for Domestic Violence. I had never ever imagined that I would need to bail any of my family members out of jail. I went under these reviews prior to realizing that all the reviews are coming from their office employess. Coincidence? I say not. So, I came to this site and called them up. They lied to me and said that if I didn't get him out now, that his bail would raise and that they wer going to charge me only 5%. I realized later that I was still going to have to pay the 10 % but they were going to leave that out until I waisted my time going to their office.It wasn't until another Bail Bonds company mentioned that I would eventually be charged the other 5%.When Zig Zag realized I wasn't going to use their services, because they were rushing me to go sign, and pay, with out explaining to me thoroughly, they being aggressive and very rude to me.The sweet little tone, turned into a rude tone. I am happy to have followed my gut instinct.

You would think with all the good reviews you have you would be alittle more knowledgeable on a 1275 hold. I should have listened to my attorney and not wasted so much time with you guys. Another thing, your employee Jennifer needs a class in manners.

One of a kind Bail Bond,,,Zig Zag Bail Bonds

Working for the City and County offices, I welcome and respect a professional business. My daughter was arressted on a five year old traffic warrant. I have heard good things about Zig Zag and called them first, I did not have to leave a message on a cell phone, i was greetted professionally with the company name and by a licensed bail agent. With in minutes i felt the situation and my worries at ease. We were able to do all paper work by fax and phone. My daughter was released with in hours, but the agent Jennifer kept me informed all the way through the process. I could not wait to finally meet her Thier office was warm, comfortable and nice. Yes Zig Zag Bail Bonds is one of a kind.

Best customer service, and support

My huband recieved a warrent in the mail, Oh my! what i shock, not knowing what to do, i called many bail bond companies to get information, most seemed to busy to answer my questions and just wanted me to come in with money. Being a clerk my self, i remembered Bad Boys had some felony indictments. Zig Zag Bail Bonds took time to explain procedure, did not rush me and made me feel like this is my decision. What a great bunch of employees, The agent that went with my husband stayed with him till the very end. Thank you Zig Zag Bail Bonds.
