Ever since Johnny Perkins has taken over ownership, JJ's Blues Lounge has been on a downward spiral. The place is dead, even when big names are in town. From what I hear, the word is out among the touring blues band that JJ's should be overlooked because the crowds are gone. I wish JJ's would go under so someone else would start a respectable blues club in the southbay. It's to bad because June put her life into this place and to see it take the turn it has is really upsetting. Johnny if you read, this please sell JJ's before you run it all the way into the ground. If Johnny treated the musicians and patrons with more respect maybe his club would gain more respect.
Pros: blues are played there
Cons: It's owned by a two-faced liar
