Don't go there!
by CSMobileUser
The tile in the shower is filthy dirty. I suggest a little cleanser. Also the towels could use a little bleach. Get a good cleaning crew!!
Recommended for the enjoyment - not the decor!

I also have been here dozens of times over the past 15 years. My husband and I enjoy it very much.
The rooms have ALWAYS been clean. It may not have all the latest and newest fashion decor going on, but the price is right for continuous use. Who wants to break the bank at Watercourse Way just for one night...and we live in PA. But, Grand Centrals' prices make it an easy and affordable monthly visit.
I recommend Grand Central to anyone who wants to have a good time and doesn't need the decor to help them enjoy themselves! We go to the tubs to enjoy each other!
- Pros: Reasonable Prices
- Cons: Nothing spectacular about the place
A decent place for a hot, relaxing dip in a tub, massage, and sauna.

I have been to Grand Central dozens of times over the last several years. While it is true that it is not as nice as Watercourse Way, it is also not nearly as expensive, and it does have is own old-fashioned charm. I have seen the attendants cleaning the rooms in between uses, and they seem to work hard. I have never had a dirty room or cause to complain there. It may not impress a new girlfriend like Watercourse Way, but I enjoy it, I have never seen any "unseemly" characters there, and have always found it to be clean and fun.
- Pros: Clean, decent value
- Cons: Not as elegant as the competition
Go at your own risk ................ actually just dont go.

My boyfriend and I are regulars at Water Course Way Spa in Palo Alto but when they didn't have any openings we went on a search for a local spa. We came across Grand Cenral Spa through google search engine and decided to try it. When you enter the building, its as if your entering a dirty w***e house. The man asked if we wanted a sauna room and we reluctantly said yes. When we went through the rundown hallways to our sauna room we both gave each other looks that said "Should we run?"... When we got into our sauna room be were beyond disappointed. I was afraid for our health and safety. The room looks like a dirty jail cell with writing and carvings in the wall of vulgar language and profanitys. There was a dirty towel in the sauna. My boyfriend and I stood back to back just looking around the room. To make a long story short, we didn't touch anything due to the concern of catching a disease or virus of some sort. We left Grand Central spa as fast as we could without looking back. I never asked for my money back because frankly, I would have paid the 30 dollars not to go there.... Do NOT go to Grand Central..... If you're looking for a clean relaxing spa I would suggest Watercourse Way. Its gorgous, clean, and a treat if you're looking for an hour getaway.
- Pros: Nothing
- Cons: Everything
Steamy, Clean & Relaxing Fun!

My husband and I are long time faithfuls of Grand Central. We visit a few times a month, at least. Grand Central offers fantastic, private rooms with a bed, shower, sauna, radio, and dimmable lighting. I have always found them to be clean, and am often so comfortable and relaxed by the end of our visit that I hate to leave. The staff is fantastic and always cheerful. The price is a little high, but my husband and I routinely scan the pages of our local WAVE magazine, where once a month you'll find a coupon for $3.00 off PER PERSON, NOT per couple. Although we always appreciate a $6.00 discount, we would continue our visits regardless. Grand Central Sauna & Hot Tubs is the ticket for great physical, as well as mental, therapy! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing, private and enjoyable experience!
- Pros: Relaxing, Clean, Private
