Tacos made by Meth heads instad of Mexicans
by sanjoclos
Taco Bravo is just as shitty as it looks. I've driven by 100 times on basom, but never stopped. Today I went, only because taco bell was closed. It was so horrible! The servers were offering alcohol to their friends, everyone was strung out. I wish I could have had taco bell!! Now I'm stuck with a burrito made by the nastiest hills have eyes type looking ppl i've ever seen
- Pros: its warm
- Cons: Taco bell is waayyyy better. (And their servers have teeth)

I just want to thank all the supporters and say screw you to all the haters. We are tired of all you ungrateful people talking garbage and being rude when we bend over backwards and give it to you faster than anyone else. What you guys dont realize is the more garbage you talk the less food you get and the more lettuce you get. Try being nicer and more respectful next time and you will get alot better food next time. We wont take your garbage we will talk garbage back. BOLDLY. We give everyone a chance to be cool but it's when you act stupid and ignorant is when our attitude changes and you don't get nothing from us. (RESPECT) Give some get some. Give none get none!!!!!! GET IT
- Pros: cheaper with big portions
- Cons: working here
Great if your drunk, mediocre at best if you're not!

For under 4 bucks I bought what everyone there was having, the SUPER BURRITO, it's about 3lbs, HUGE! If you have a hole in your stomach and you like Taco Bell and Weinschnizzel (which is right next door), this is the place for you; however, with all the tasty burritos around town, don't go out of your way to get one unless someone else drives you there, because your wasted and can't see straight. This place is far from authentic; your only choice of meat is ground beef, and then refried beans and tons of cheddar go on everything. Why anyone makes this a destination is beyond me.
Taco Smell should be ashamed
by iamhungryfor
The regular tacos are larger than Taco Bell's super taco and half the price. All of the food has always been fresh. Flavors and quality are better than the typical taco stand. The prices have risen very little in 20 years- taco 1981-$.89, 2007- $1.09. All the food is a bargain. You can ask for any item any way you like- and they make it. Whats not to like?
- Pros: quality, service, price, hours, mexican chick at the register
- Cons: drunken and/or stoned teenagers in the parking lot
Not fit
by redtsunami
Not fit for human consumption. If you're REALLY drunk and you have no other options, it might not hurt you. But its not recommended for people with taste buds. Highly Recommended for dogs and other household pets with strong stomachs.
- Pros: Cheap Dog Food
- Cons: Cheap Dog Food
The best late night food in the South Bay
by zizz
It's not the best food, but after a night of drinking it somehow becomes the only thing I want. Don't order too much because you get a lot, it's not Taco Bell. One of the best parts of Bravo though is checking out the late night clientele. And if you're really hungry, try ordering a "boneyard"-not all employees will know what that is unfortunately. Bravo is cheap and it shows, but out of all the late night fast food choices there are, it's the best.
- Pros: Portion size, Cheap
- Cons: Quality, Parking
Great food

Ignore the last persons comments, he doesn't know what he's talking about, this place is great. Had a few friends introduce me to this place about 4 years ago and have been hooked ever since. I make the journey to Campbell as much as I can and wish they had more closer (theres also one in Fremont but wish there was one in or close to San Bruno). Not talking top notch/authentic Mexican food here, but its awesome none the less. The hot sauce is great, go for the double nachos (ask for both the naco cheese sauce and the shredded cheese). The crunchy beef tacos are great too. And make sure you know what you want before ordering, the employees will order for you if you can't make up your mind. Overall, eat here, sweet food, and if you don't like it, somethings wrong with you.
- Pros: Nachos, Tacos, Cheap
- Cons: , None, None
The quintessential South Bay experience is hanging out here at 2:30am with a burrito and a buzz.

The Scene
The main selling point of Taco Bravo is the hours and location. Besides Denny's, there are very few places to eat after the bars close on this side of town. Taco Bravo is open until 3am and attracts a heavy amount of happy patrons, especially from the bars in nearby Pruneyard shopping center.
The Food
Half the menu is dedicated to burritos. The other half is the regular array of tacos and tostadas. The inexpensive grub is better than Taco Bell--though close enough to be quite comparable. When in doubt, go with the big beef burritos. The pork is mediocre, so stick with the beef in the burritos. The chili burger is a poor man's Sloppy Joe.
