rethink your choice of salon...

They do not listen or discuss details with teh customer, they think they are in control. I got blonde highlights instead of caramel especially since i pointed to the color with the salonist next to me. Salonist cut my bangs too short and haphazard. After he was done, he didn't ask if I liked it or if he could change anything. I had to ask someone else to change my hair color since he LEFT right after my hair service! thanks for overprocessing my hair!

hair cuts are not a specialty here!

I am another horror story you hear so much about at hair salons. I made my appointment at 1, but I waited about an hour while she finished another customers hair. I told the stylist named vivian to give me side swept bangs and to give me layers. I wanted to keep the length of my hair, but she chopped it all off! My hair was past the middle of my back and it took me 5 years to grow. My hair takes a long time to grow too and she chopped it to my shoulders and gave me some short bangs. I also had coloring, but that was fine, that didnt go that bad. I'm very upset my hair my is so short and ugly. its not even stylish. I look like a helmet head. When I was washing my hair she splat water in my face the whole time and she did not hold up my head. My neck hurt from holding it up myself. Plus, I have been to many salons, from beverly hills to irvine, ca, but they always do what I say and I always get what I want. This has never happened to me. I am always happy with my hair cuts and I've been to many salons in my lifetime. I've already had short cuts my whole life and I wanted a change with some long hair and layers, but now I must wait another 5 years to get my desired length back.
