considering this salon is on santana row, this salon is an absolute disappointment. i've been to high end salons and this is no where near it's match. while i was waiting for my haircut, i observed the receptionist rolling her eyes while giving directions to a customer over the phone. she did not sound pleasant. the hairstylists were joking about bodily discharges which i found immature and unprofessional. the stylist who cut my hair looked tense; she was a bit clumsy; she dropped the comb and scissors. i was not satisfied with my hair cut. i could have gone somewhere less expensive for the same cut. i would NOT recommend W salon. it's overpriced.
