The good stylists have moved out of this salon and down the road on San Carlos. The manager at the front desk seems to have very little time for the clients, as he's always going out for coffee. The cut was mediocre for $65 and the color faded almost as fast as they put it on and that was outrageous. My suggestion is to find something a little more reasonable. They do do have great products in Kerastase and Bumble $ Bumble, but the salon is cramped, with 2 chairs in the waiting area and not many more than that for their stylists. Free water? Where have you been? For what W charges, I'd give gift certificates to Starbucks, across the street. The manager's usually there.
