the gentleman they sent over recognized the stains made in the carpet and gave a gist of what exactly needs to be done considering the fabric of the carpet and also its age. He cleaned the carpet in about an hours time and Im very pleased with the result that was obtained .If I need any more cleaning will definitely call you
