I hired Think Escape for my birthday and I had the best time ever!! The hostess was awesome. She partied with us, showed us where everything in the club was (we really had to go to the clubs bathroom ASAP), and helped us gather all of my friends at the end of the night. I always recommend them to my friends because they're cheap and definitely worth it. It was such a fun night, and my friends and I had so much fun that night. I would definitely recommend having someone else make the reservation for you if it's for your own birthday though, because I was running around stressed out before the bus arrived. You have to have a certain amount of people show up, or else you have to pay the difference, which is what happened in my case. All the people who told me they'd come didnt and I ended up paying the $100 difference =( so if anything, try to collect money in advance....

If you're looking forward to getting ditched on your prom, then this service is just for you! ... On our prom night, this service left 40 kids waiting for their ride until prom. They made us pay 80$ a person, and refused to even show up on our most special night of our high school experience. We called them numerously, and the owner decided to turn his phone off. How professional. We waited an HOUR AND A HALF before some backup company came, who was completely unrelated to ThinkEscape. The company has still refused to refund any of our money. This is NOT a reliable source, don't even BOTHER, its a scam and will ruin whatever special event you had planned.

Cons: They didn't even show up, completley ruined 40 high school students' prom night.

This company is highly unprofessional. They ruined our prom experience and responded in an unacceptable manner when confronted with a dilemma. We explicitly explained to this company that we needed to be picked up right after dinner our dinner at a specific hour and be brought to our prom location. The nightmare began about 5 minutes after our dinner, when we were wondering where our bus was. We call the company, and they told us they left 5 minutes ago, when we were supposed to be picked up 5 minutes ago, and that whey would arrive 40 minutes late. Of course there would be traffic coming out of San Francisco and you do not leave at the pick up time! Doors close at a certain time, and we would definitely not make that time by the time the bus reached up so we frantically called others that were already at the prom in order to explain to the administration the current conflict. After about an hour, we call again... and their phone is off and their voicemail is full. There is no way to get in contact with this company. Soon after, a replacement bus arrives and even they could not reach our company. We also paid a very large amount to have the bus for 8 hours, and the replacement bus could only pick us up and drop us back off. They have not exhibited any compassion and really just stole the money paid by 40 kids. Is this legitimate? I do not believe so. If you choose to use this company, you are gambling the welfare of your night. This company is despicable.

This company is a very horrible one indeed. First of all they did not pick us up and when we asked for a refund they did not give us one. Me and all of my friends had to find a different ride home from our prom. We paid them good money but yet they did not give it back to us or give us even satisfactory services. The driver turned off his cell phone and ignored us. The "Bus" that brought us there was in horrible condition it was pretty much in my own words a schoolbus that was held together by duct tape. We had no fun and the drivers were not nice to us. I would not reccommend this company to anyone becasue they have very had services and customer relations. Do not use this company ever. Over all if i could give it a 0 i would but this does not allow us to. Take my advice and do not use this.

Wow, it's too bad this site doesn't let us rate things with zero stars. Let me tell you the story of how this company ruined our prom night: Ah, it's prom night, and everyone is excited. Girls have spent countless hours fixing up every little detail, and guys have tried to make sure our corsages at least somewhat match our dates' dresses. After a nice dinner, everyone is ready for a night of dancing and fun. Unfortunately, that's not even close to what we received. Apparently prom isn't high up on the list of priorities for this company, because our bus showed up two hours late. Even more discouraging, the bus was sent from a different company, and the inside doors were held together with DUCT TAPE, really classy for a party bus. The company refused to give us information as well. We were repeatedly told "another five minutes," but evenutally those five minutes stretched out for two hours. Afterwards, I learned that the bus had been in Napa Valley, a great place to be when you're supposed to bring 40 kids to San Fransisco. What really got to me was that Raj stopped picking up his phone about an hour into our wait. That despicable man refused to even acknowledge our problem. The minute we walked into prom, about 70 kids were leaving, ready to go have fun on their on-time buses. At the dance, everyone was too defeated to have fun, and we ended up leaving relatively quickly. If this sounds bad, the worst is yet to come. So, we had planned to ride the bus around for a couple hours after, continuing the party until the wee hours of the morning. Instead, the bus refused to drive us after midnight. They dropped us off on a street corner, where we had to sit around and make idle conversation about how bad the night had been. We are currently filing a small claims case against Raj, who refuses to reimburse us for this awful night. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY IGNORE YOUR PHONE CALLS, AND THEY RUINED OUR PROM NIGHT, SOMETHING NO AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN REIMBURSE.

Pros: Umm, maybe the nice breeze outside while we waited for TWO HOURS

Don't ever hire this company for anything, they are unreliable, rude, and quite frankly ruined my and 39 of my friends' Prom night. They promised us a party bus with karaoke and many other amenities and said they would be outside of the restaurant at which we were dining at 8 o'clock. In our sunday best, we walked outside of the restaurant 15 minutes early. 45 minutes past and we began to wonder where the bus could be. One of my friends called the driver and was told that they would be arriving in 15 minutes. An hour passed and still they were not there. We tried calling the driver once more and this time his phone was off. We then tried calling Think Escape where again we received no answer. Finally, after TWO HOURS of waiting we got a bus that we did not order from a different company, the driver agreed to take us to and from the dance. We got to the dance as most of our friends were leaving and got to spend an hour inside before closing time. After the dance, the bus took us to a street in burlingame and let us off. There we sat with the thought that we had spent what was for some of us a month's salary on getting dressed, getting tickets, and paying for a bus that we thought would take us to the night of our lives. Instead, we were left with empty pockets, broken promises, and the sadness of knowing that each person had just wasted up to 300 dollars of their own money. I feel the worst for the girls who spend the day preparing their hair, makeup, and clothes for a night of sitting and waiting, while wishing that we hadn't chosen Think Escape for our bus company.

I wish i could give this company negative stars and i wish that who ever this Raj guy is knows that he screwed over the wrong people . i was one of the 40 people that got their PROMENADE ruined. We were treated with no respect. After we called about ten times Think escape started ignoring our phone calls after patronizing one of my friends. For around an hour we were not able to contact this company so we had no idea what was going on. For all we knew the bus was never planning on coming. A bus did arrive almost two hours late, but the drivers claimed that they were not legally allowed to drive us around. They were only instructed to drive us from destination a to destination b. If it wasn't for the force of one of my school administrators the bus would not have waited the 45 minutes that we managed to scavenge of our prom, and would have stranded us in San Francisco. We were supposed to have the bus until 4 in the morning, but after the dnace at around 12 30 the bus drivers dropped all forty of us off at one location, leaving us in the dust. We originally planned making up for our lost prom by having a great time on one of their "party buses", but the drivers had specific orders to not drive us. now this Raj guy is trying to tell us that the bus he sent us was the bus that he originally planned on sending us. if that is true then why didn't we get the bus for the 8 hours that we paid???? i felt like i was conned. He then tried to swindle us by offering us some ridiculous deal where we get the bus for 6 hours some time in the future but we still had to pay a certain amount, which resulted with him making a profit. Luckily we figured out the math and didn't agree to his trick. It has been over a month and we are not letting this go. If he does not come to his sensing he is going to see us in court. NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Imagine this... It's prom night and you decide to rent a bus to take you there along with 40 others. You go to dinner at a nice restaurant and expect a bus to pick all 40 up at 8pm. 8:15 rolls along-- no bus. You call the company and they tell you the bus is stuck in traffic and will not be there for 45 minutes. Too bad the doors to prom close at 9. Later after another phone call, they say they will be 5 minutes. A good 15 minutes goes by before the next phone call is made to a non-responsive company and the turned off cell phone of the driver. At around 945, after OVER AND HOUR AND A HALF of 40 teenager waiting in the street wearing tuxes, a bus arrives. It is not the the bus that was ordered but a samtrans bus painted from another company hired as a backup. All that bus knew was that they had been called to take us to prom and take us back, not fulfilling what had been payed for -- 8 hours of the bus. Luckily, someone in the group called ahead to the school's administration to allow late entry to prom at 1045pm, nearly 3 HOURS after the dance began. At that time, most of the students had left the prom on their reliable buses and limousines. After spending very little time on an empty dance floor, the students are returned to a location in the general vicinity of home 4 hours early with no place to go. So now, there are 40 teenagers loitering in the street after midnight. This company ruined my prom as well as 39 others. We pretty much missed the dance, wasted money on tuxes and prom tickets, missed the pictures at the dance, and the night was cut short. As of today, no refund has been received. STAY AWAY

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! This bus ruined my entire night. I was looking forward to prom for months before the event. I worked at a min. paying job to pay for all these expenses for about 3 months. It started out great, we took pictures then we went to a restaurant then we waited for the bus. we call the company and they said they would be 45 min late. NOPE they def were not. The actual bus didnt even show up!! another random bus showed up an hour and a half late, disrespecting our dates! This bus was horrible and ugly. It had ducktape inside the walls holding things together. it was literally a school bus painted black. By the time we got to prom we only had a half hour left. The pcitures were already closed so we didnt even get to take pictures with our dates. I spent 130 dollars on a tux rental so i can take a picture with my date. Then we were expecting to at least get a few hours back after the prom because we ordered 8 hours. NOPE, the bus dropped us off somewhere in our city, not even where we parked our cars, and just left. WE SPENT 3,500 for a 1 hour ride in a horrible school bus. DONT USE THIS BUS COMPANY unless you want your special night to be ruined. It ruined my entire prom, my entire night. just an update.... We asked for a refund they refused..... so if you want to be totally ripped off go ahead and use the company. id you want a fun night dont.
