Is this a High-End Salon or a Brothel???

This had to be the worst salon I have ever been to. This is a mother daughter run establishment. The mother, Sona, is a very sweet lady.

However, her daughter, Shefali, has no client service knowledge. She is very rude and thinks she knows it all. On top of it all, she dresses like a cheap tramp. How can you let your daughter dressed the way she does in a professional establishment? She needs to learn a lesson in humility and dressing appropriately.

From the looks of things threading and facials are not the only things Khoobsurat has to offer. Just ask for the 'Shefali Special'. The owners daughter makes this place seem to be a brothel instead of a high-end salon.

I will never go back here again. Horrible service and attitude.

Very bad service !

They are watching TV and giggling all the time. Talking in a language that you do not understand.

No courtsey . Bad attitude. Not caring . Not good to new customers. I felt humiliated as they would not talk directly to the customer but keep giggling between themselves.
