I?ve eaten here several times in the hope that it will be better but it?s always been pretty bad. The place is decorated beautifully but it seems like they have spent all the money on location and decor and not on food or training the staff. I was there for brunch one time and the french toast was so dry and it wasn?t served with any syrup (?) We had to ask for it.
I was also there for lunch and ordered the Lobster Roll, which the waiter informed me, was one of their signature dishes. It was $21.95 and was pathetic. You must be kidding me. It came in a hugh roll with about 1 oz of lobster. It had no flavor at all. There was also a little side salad that tasted like the dressing was water.
The wait staff has been very poor every time I?ve gone. Very young and inexperienced and seem very overwhelmed. It was hard to get their attention.
Wake up people. You won?t be in business for that long if the food doesn?t get any better! I certainly won?t be back.
- Pros: Beautiful place
- Cons: horrible wait staff and bad food
Go there only if you want to RUIN your romantic night out.

My husband and I went there for St. Valentine's Day dinner. We had reservation at 8 pm. We were not seated down till 8:30 pm. The table was so tine, that we felt like we were sitting at kid's table. Then the waitress couldn't get the order right 3 times we had to tell her what we would like. And of course she messed it up. We had to wait 25 minutes for even WATER to be brought out to our table. We got done with dinner at 10:30 pm, and believe me it wasn't because we were trying to stretch out time. They were falling behind and not caring about guests. After we were done with the dinner we spoke to the manager. All he had to say for himself: "Thanks for feedback and sorry". ?! $150 and that's all that he has to say? Never ever again!
