I've been going to Embody for almost a year now, and am a customer of Jose Luis. I am also a chronic pain sufferer, and I have to say, he has helped me a great deal in this area. He really does care about his clients, and has become a very good friend to me. His technique is excellent, and he has taken me in on emergencies when I could barely walk. One of the best they have. All of the staff are very accomodating, and have always helped me with anything I've ever needed. The decor is very soothing, and the products by True are excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa.

Awesome customer service - plenty of parking - GREAT Gym Yoga area. I had a massage here about 6 months ago as I just moved into the near by neighborhood. I wanted to treat my girlfriend for her birthday. The masseuse was very tentative to working on target tension areas and the experience was completely relaxing. No detail goes unlooked -they have even made a effort to make the parking lot and entrance calming in a industrial area on Middlefield. I would love to take a yoga class here.
Pros: Ambience, Service, Parking - Stirctly a SPA (no nail services with Ladies gabbing)
Cons: Need to expand yoga schedule for worker bees (am)

Hey you have to check out this new spa in Mountain View. It's gorgeous, the services are wonderful, the staff treat you like a part of their family, they are super friendly and welcoming. The two massage therapists I've tried Jose Luis and Rowena are both amazing!! They really checked in with me often during my sessions and really gave me what I needed and more! A couple of friends of mine have also had facials there and said their experience was also amazing. Plus they have a yoga room, a "party room" and even a room for kids which is available on weekdays so busy mom's don't have to worry about finding a babysitter. The best thing of all is that the prices are really GREAT. Their philosophy is that people should be able to take care of themselves on a regular basis and really promote overall health and WELLNESS. I'm definitely making this a regular break from my crazy lifestyle. Enjoy!
