Can it get worse?. I arrived at the inn after a late concert at the Shoreline ampitheatre, having made reservations almost a week before. When I arrived, I was given a room that an angry man was already asleep in. Then, upon returning to the front desk I was informed that all the other rooms were booked except a crappy smoking room that was NOT the deluxe suite I had reserved. My girlfriend and I were apalled at the stench, and I was also double charged for my stay. It has been a week and a half and I have not been reimbursed nor have my calls to the Inn been returned. What a way to ruin such a beautiful night...…
