Irresponsible service department. I took my Toyota Prius there for scheduled maintenance and when I got it back the windshield had been cracked! Of course, I pointed it out to them right away, and even when looking at the vehicle inspection sheet they filled out it's clear the windshield was marked as being fine at first, but then that is crossed out and the windshield is marked as being cracked. Well, obviously that was because they were the ones who cracked it. However, they refused to fix my windshield because they claim the break started from a ding that was already in the windshield. I was unaware of there being any ding, but I know they don't cost that much to repair. Once it cracks and spreads though, you have to replace the whole windshield. But the Sunnyvale Toyota Service Center refuses to take resposibility for cracking my windshield. I am very disappointed. I expected better from a place associated with Toyota.…
