I have been a member here for over six years, the folks here are very nice. The instructors are very good and people are friendly. They offer the best range of lessons and a comprehensive schedule including day and evening classes. You could look all over the bay area and not find a better school.
Pros: Great teachers, friendly atmosphere, wide varity of instruction.
Cons: The facility is kidda old, the locker room isn't great.

These people illegally charged my credit card. They took my credit card number for the records and charged $330 without approval. Looks like the management has been getting their heads kicked around a lot. They have no idea what they are doing. Anyway pretty much they charged us $180+$330=$510 for one session. Still not resolved. These guys are already reported as "Not-recommended" on the most other reviews. I should have read those before I went to this place and wasted my time and money :-( These guys need to have some training in Business Ethics. Management is very rude, especially after they take your money.

Bad Points first : 1. The management at this place is bad. The people here talk like they have not graduated from the 5th grade. 2. They are nice to you till you sign-up ... they will lie to you to sell you anything that you don't need...pretty shamelessly. They sold a pair of womens trousers to a guy. Its a money pit. They claim that they don't like to "nickel and dime you" but you will pay for all the seminars (which are mandatory to pass the tests) and of course almost all of your equipment. 3. The location is very dangerous if you have kids. I heard that a kid got run over by a car recently :( I feel bad for the kid. But unfortunately the entrance of this place is 8-10 feet from the road and kids are kids. There are no signals/stops here so the cars drive very fast. 4. Most classes are in the working hours. So this is very useful if you are jobless OR if you are planning to spend you Sunday evening sweating it up. 5. They have the worst locker system, so forget about changing at the institute. There are 12 lockers and the Mgmt uses a bunch, the rest you have to obtain a key every time you need to use it. Good Points: 1. This place has decent instructors. Overall its TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT...I had a horrible time there. I feel sorry for the SDI team. I hope I have helped not to waste you money here.

Cons: Bad Mgmt..Dangerous location...Money Pit
